I'm back! And we were in for a workout. Shout out to everyone who keeps on coming every weekend, and for those of you who keep pushing oneself for amazing results. This weekend's (Saturday: May 30th) workout changed compared to the first three weeks. I've added new stretches, Abs and Core workouts to switch things up - get everyone out of the routine they've been in, and showed them how every little step counts. You all beat the heat! (literally - it was nearly 90 degrees out, but it was worth it.)

The Dos and Don't: The first picture, and middle ^ to last are both Don'ts! They were way too close with improper form.
Some new workouts were added: Box Jumps, Squat Jumps, and Cross lunges.
In the next two weeks, I will add much new workouts as things change completely.
