Total Body Burn Workout: Day 5

Working out for yourself, is just a step forward. One of those steps to help improve your energy, and health. It makes you feel good knowing you're doing something to help your health - making it a much longer path to a longer life. If there's someone who would love to do what you're doing-just encourage them like how you do for you, or how your friend, trainer or whomever it is - is helping you for the better. Also, having someone around while working out is a good idea, because it brings on more motivation and determination!

Everyone has their moments when they feel like they can't do nor amount to anything, but the more they tell themselves that they can do just about anything they put their mind to - it becomes possible.

Saturday, June 13th, was the start of the circuit training that I created for the lovely members: We added battle ropes, and two car tires for both upper and lower body workouts, we kept the hill sprints at 4 reps before, and after 2 rounds of circuit training. It was a tough day but everyone stayed determined to pull through, and as each week passes the more improved the ladies and gentlemen become! So stay focused, it's only up from here!

Keep pushing yourself for the results you've always wanted, and more. See you all on Saturday for another free Body Burn Workout.

Move It Monday

It's Monday and it shouldn't be a drag. Get up and start moving! You can either get out there, go for a walk or jog for about 15-30 minutes to keep you up and energized for the rest of the day. Either do yoga for beginners or a simply stretch to get on with your day. Take either a glass bottle or a regular one, and fill it up with water, adding sliced lemons, mint to drink it as a cleanse - it's healthy for you, and gives you a better feeling than drinking that morning coffee, juice or soda. If you're not much for eating a big breakfast meal or lunch, you can make a smoothie with frozen fruits like, banana's, blueberries, strawberries and/or your favorite ones. Add Almond milk or any of your choice, and add some ice then begin to blend in a blender - you can also add whey protein for your boost.
There are many ways you can eat and live healthy without feeling hungry - it starts with you, your mind, and how you consume foods, and drinks of any sorts. It sometimes seems like a lot when wanting to transition to 'diets' but when you don't see it as that, it becomes a lifestyle ... a better one for your mind and body. You choose how you want to live, how to look, and feel.

For any tips, advice or recipes on what I use to make smoothies, and meals, stay tune for more. In the meantime, surround yourself with positive people, and have a positive mind. If you need just a little push into the right direction or lifestyle, just try to pick up some books from your local library or try out your local gym and nutritionist for daily motivation, and healthy life tips to get you on your way to a better you!

Thank you for sticking around, and reading this!
