Total Body Burn Workout: Day One

Today's Total Body Burn Workout was a great opener! From beginners to advance athletes-it didn't matter. They all came out for one purpose, for the love of getting their butts kicked!! Plus what other way to start off your Saturday afternoon with me. It's 100% free, free!!!! Now do you need any other reason not to come get this work!?

First off ... stretching is a MUST!! Before any workout.  
Today's workout included: 
Hill runs, Squats, Push ups, Dips, Planks, 
Leg ups, along with Abs and Core workouts.







 A big thank you to everyone who came out today for this workout. You did such an amazing job, and had such amazing energy, and strength. I can't forget the teamwork, and motivation you all had for one another.
