Total Body Burn Workout: Day Two

Saturday's (May 9th) workout was a success with new members. People continued to show and do their best - kept pushing themselves to improve for this week as we did Four Sets each. It was a tough one, but everyone pulled through along with motivating each other to keep pushing even if everyone's body works a different way.
First ones to start the Hill Ups ^.
Four sets were done for Hill runs, Squats, Push ups, Dips, and Planks.
Four sets of Leg Ups, Abs and Core workout.
