Total Body Burn Workout: Day Three


Another week, another Saturday(May 16th) afternoon of an intense workout. From stretches to Hill runs, which include ten squats then runs up the hill. There were four times this was done, but each time the squats become less and hill runs go from four to two to one before everything else begins. I was impressed, and proud of everyone who has come along way from running up the Hills, doing leg ups, planks, dips, push ups, with Abs and Core workouts - you all keep doing better and better. From not being able to some of the workouts from day one, from being able to do them now - as you control your breathing, and getting to know how far you can push yourself, and body.

Bringing along someone to motivate you more, is always great to see.


There are different levels people start from: Level ones, and twos have moved on to level three workouts. Everyone can do it! Working at your own pace, then getting out of the comfort of it will get you beyond motivated to step it up, and level up.

The DO and DON'T: your leg(s) must not be underneath your hips
you must stretch them out for better results.
The last stretches begin and end.

Next week i will not be in town, but a close friend will be taking over the workout.
