Total Body Burn Workout: Day 4



I'm back! And we were in for a workout. Shout out to everyone who keeps on coming every weekend, and for those of you who keep pushing oneself for amazing results. This weekend's (Saturday: May 30th) workout changed compared to the first three weeks. I've added new stretches, Abs and Core workouts to switch things up - get everyone out of the routine they've been in, and showed them how every little step counts. You all beat the heat! (literally - it was nearly 90 degrees out, but it was worth it.)

The Dos and Don't: The first picture, and middle ^ to last are both Don'ts! They were way too close with improper form.
Some new workouts were added: Box Jumps, Squat Jumps, and Cross lunges. 
In the next two weeks, I will add much new workouts as things change completely.

Total Body Burn Workout: Who Showed up Without The Trainer

From not being able to jump up or stretch completely the weeks before, to now.
It was a huge difference this time around. Also, thanks to the brother ^ for helping
one out on how to properly do the push-ups. 





As mentioned last week ... Christina would be out of town for this weekends workout. There were tons of 'Yes' "Yeah' and so on for coming on Saturday (today) to do the workout without her. As the photo lady, I didn't think anyone would show up but I went and saw five people pushing themselves as if Christina was there. They even extended the time from a minute each set to a minute and a half and so on.




After the final stretches, one of them decided to challenge the rest to jog up the stairs and drop down and do five squats.

Talk about energy after a workout.

Oh ps... just because I'm the camera lady, doesn't mean i can't join in - I still got some stretches, and squats in.

As she would say. Thanks to those who came
out and show dedication, and motivation for today's workout without the trainer. She will be back next week Saturday, and would be expecting a full class.

Total Body Burn Workout: Day Three


Another week, another Saturday(May 16th) afternoon of an intense workout. From stretches to Hill runs, which include ten squats then runs up the hill. There were four times this was done, but each time the squats become less and hill runs go from four to two to one before everything else begins. I was impressed, and proud of everyone who has come along way from running up the Hills, doing leg ups, planks, dips, push ups, with Abs and Core workouts - you all keep doing better and better. From not being able to some of the workouts from day one, from being able to do them now - as you control your breathing, and getting to know how far you can push yourself, and body.

Bringing along someone to motivate you more, is always great to see.


There are different levels people start from: Level ones, and twos have moved on to level three workouts. Everyone can do it! Working at your own pace, then getting out of the comfort of it will get you beyond motivated to step it up, and level up.

The DO and DON'T: your leg(s) must not be underneath your hips
you must stretch them out for better results.
The last stretches begin and end.

Next week i will not be in town, but a close friend will be taking over the workout.

Total Body Burn Workout: Day Two

Saturday's (May 9th) workout was a success with new members. People continued to show and do their best - kept pushing themselves to improve for this week as we did Four Sets each. It was a tough one, but everyone pulled through along with motivating each other to keep pushing even if everyone's body works a different way.
First ones to start the Hill Ups ^.
Four sets were done for Hill runs, Squats, Push ups, Dips, and Planks.
Four sets of Leg Ups, Abs and Core workout.

Total Body Burn Workout: Day One

Today's Total Body Burn Workout was a great opener! From beginners to advance athletes-it didn't matter. They all came out for one purpose, for the love of getting their butts kicked!! Plus what other way to start off your Saturday afternoon with me. It's 100% free, free!!!! Now do you need any other reason not to come get this work!?

First off ... stretching is a MUST!! Before any workout.  
Today's workout included: 
Hill runs, Squats, Push ups, Dips, Planks, 
Leg ups, along with Abs and Core workouts.







 A big thank you to everyone who came out today for this workout. You did such an amazing job, and had such amazing energy, and strength. I can't forget the teamwork, and motivation you all had for one another.
